Their flexibility and understanding made what could have been a stressful situation much more manageable. I must particularly highlight Steven, the remediation technician assigned to my project. His work was nothing short of phenomenal. Steven demonstrated remarkable attention to detail, maintained excellent communication throughout the entire process, and consistently went above and beyond standard service expectations. He kept me informed at every stage, answered all my questions thoroughly, and ensured I understood exactly what was being done and why. Jenkins Environmental is lead by Jordan Jennings and has an amazing crew that are not only passionate about helping people but caring about you and your property. They mitigate all concerns whether it’s mold or asbestos in all properties residential multi family or commercial. There is no job too big or small for this crew. Jordan and his team were phenomenal communicators. We had a rental that had some damage from a slow shower leak.
