Integrity Restoration turned a disaster into a DREAM! We had a plumbing issue that resulted in damage to bathroom flooring, drywall, hall and adjoining bedrooms carpeting, etc. It was an extremely stressful situation, but from the very first call, Integrity handled the issue professionally, promptly and BEYOND our expectations. Glen came out quickly to assess the situation and even though this happened on Friday, Carlos was here Saturday pulling out damaged carpet and flooring. We had fans set up to dry out the affected areas and all the materials removed were bagged up and taken to be safely disposed of. I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness of every call, question and SUPER happy with the team that came to do the mold remediation and repair work. Dana and her team are TOP notch and I cannot say enough good things about how she manages the work that needs to be done. Amy was our Project Manager and she was on top of every detail and made sure that every item, even down to the small things was handled! This project consisted of remediation, removal and repair, and the repair team was TOP notch too! Amy and Dana clearly communicated timelines, details and every follow-up question I had was handled promptly and professionally. Heather and Charlena in the office were always helpful on the paperwork end of things! If this review allows me to post photos, I am going to share those as well! I give Integrity 10/10 and would happily do business with them again - hopefully under more well-planned circumstances!! But they took a disaster and turned it into a dream! I would 100% recommend Integrity for any project you have!

Mr.Glen came by to repair/clean some nasty water damage that happened in my laundry room. Glen was on time, seemed knowledgeable and I was impressed with how he cleaned my laundry room, so I decided to have him give us quotes on other projects that we have around the house. He took pictures, videos and said that he would email me a quote. Weeks later I still haven’t received anything. Never received my quote and when he reinstalled my washer he didn’t put the exit tube far enough down, so the hose popped out while washing my clothes and it re-flooded my laundry room.

Integrity Restoration is a fantastic organization. They made the whole process easy for me. They even spoke to my insurance company and took care of everything. Glenn, the owner, was very nice and showed up right away. He hired a contractor, Daryl, and his assistant JR, who did amazing work! The team was very professional and their work was exceptional. I highly recommend Integrity Restoration!

Integrity Restoration went above and beyond to help out my 83 yo mother’s water slab leak in her home. Although dealing with her insurance company was a painful in itself. Allen, owner, from the beginning and Pauly, business/billing manager, at the end were understanding and made this nightmare bearable. No one ever expects a water slab leak and mold to happen to them but when it does- these are the guys to call. Best company to work with- truly kind and extremely understanding. Highly recommend.

Didn't get the pleasure of experiencing a full remediation because we had to cancel for lack of financing. But, Glen and his team set up dehumidifiers and an air scrubber in our home anyway, to help us out because of a mold issue we were having. They tried to help us as best they can and were very patient, kind and understanding. We really appreciated the care we recieved with integrity restoration and will be recommending them and utilizing them in the future!
