I am extremely happy with the work Wesley and his crew did on our basement . They were clean , efficient and polite . They all took the time to explain everything from coming to give us an estimate and work that had to be done to the paperwork that needed to be done and then completing the work . All work / construction was done in a very timely manner matter . I would recommend this company to any and all who need their basement waterproofing done to drain work around outside of house . Mike and Mark did a great job in my basement reinforcing the walls with carbon fiber strapping. They were efficient, clean and professional. Brandon was my initial contact person and he answered many questions and had an easier resolution to my problem. He even found a problem that was missed by another company. Excellent customer service.

We were very pleased with the work Josh did for us. He was able to reroute the water from the sump pump in the back yard. We no longer have standing water.He also fixed a leak in the basement. We are so happy we used Highlander 5 years ago. We especially like that they come out every five years to make sure everything is good. We highly recommend Highlander and Josh!

The men that came out seemed to be very professional. They did the waterproofing to my basement in three days with in very wet conditions! They worked hard showed up and stayed as they could because had to leave for other emergencies also ! So I give Mike , Matt and Cole a very good review as they worked to resolve my wet basement ! They even came back and picked up their equipment and so to my satisfaction. So thankful for my new Highlander Sum Pump which seems to be keeping up with my water coming in my basement!
