Herring Cleaning & Restoration

I had an air conditioner overflow in a utility closet and it affected three closets total with mold and destroyed my laminate flooring. I called Herring Cleaning and Restoration at the recommendation of my insurance company. Scott with Herring was exactly what I needed, he was exceptionally punctual returning phone calls, he was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done, the work was done in a reasonable amount of time and it was done right. It was good peace of mind to know that professionals had it under control. Would definitely use them again

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the recent experience my mother and I had with your company during our condominium transition. Initially, we believed we were in good hands, especially since the service came recommended. Unfortunately, that confidence has been completely eroded. Here are the major issues we encountered: • Many of my mother’s belongings were packed while still dirty, and over half of the items were delivered stained or in poor condition. • Boxes arrived unlabeled, causing unnecessary confusion and stress. • Your team declared the job “done” without unpacking or assisting my mother with putting anything away, despite her age and need for support. • Customer service has been abysmal. I personally left a voicemail for the owner, Gina, at the number given to me by the property manager—yet no call back was received. • My mother did not have access to her phone or an answering machine at the time, but we provided an alternate cell number, which was never used. • The property manager also has my name and contact information, and I was expecting to be contacted directly. No one has followed up with me. This is unacceptable—especially given the amount of money we paid. The service we received is far below what was promised or expected. I am extremely upset, and I hope that someone from your company will take this seriously and take immediate steps to make it right for both my mother and me. Those Home Depot boxes they left, Mom was told they would grab those !!

My husband and I had been experiencing negative health symptoms since moving into our rented townhome. When we finally realized how bad it was we reached out to Herring. Within a few hours of my Initial call, the owner of the company and her mold expert, Scott were at my door ready to help. They were very helpful, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. There were the only one to tell us- straight to the point- what our main issue was. Even though we ended up moving out before the issue was fixed, I am so grateful for their expertise and genuine care. I highly recommend them in your time of need- you will get real solutions and people that truly care about helping you. Can’t beat that.

Luis, Mark, Sierra, Laynie, Lola, Jay, and Rick worked exceptionally well in making sure that my property was cared for. Their diligence, professionalism, and efficiency, made my move back home a one- of-a-kind experience. I recommend HCR to anyone looking for quality care when restoring, cleaning, and moving, your priced possessions and home. My house was returned to me like new, after a catastrophic event.

Herring Cleaning & Restoration were a God send to us after Hurricane Helene. They came in and cleaned, packed what belongings and furniture survived, stored it and then moved it back. All the staff were very professional and friendly on every visit. They have it going on and really know what they are doing. I highly recommend them! I do hope I never need them again lol but in the event I do I will definitely use them again!!!
