HIS CREW STOLE FROM ME…with updates. BLUF: DO NOT LET ANYONE FROM THIS COMPANY IN YOUR HOUSE!!! I came back from a road trip to find extensive water damage. I called Mike and they came right out. However, on day 2 I noticed one of my handguns was missing (I had to move everything due to the water damage and I had just used my handgun at a course for which I had to drive so it was in my travel case when I got back home to the damage). The way that the pistol was discovered missing left no doubt that it had been stolen (tried to swap it out in the pistol pouch hoping I wouldn’t notice it was missing) and not misplaced on the road trip. They all denied it of course, but when the constables questioned them, they believed that one was clearly acting suspicious. However, they ultimately had no proof to charge him. Mike said he would reimburse me for the cost of the stolen handgun, but has stopped responding to me. So…he hired a crew member that stole a pistol from a homeowner, which is bad enough, but he also didn’t keep his word. Maybe this business was once pretty good, but it is clear that they have not kept up that same standard. UPDATE: I just found out about some of the drama behind how he billed my home owners insurance for services rendered before he got fired. My adjuster asked for the inventory of items packed and pictures they were supposed to take along the process. She said she was waiting for their documents but they refused and said they’d put a lien on my house if he wasn’t paid, so she did pay him. He never provided proper documentation. Now, months later, my job has been done by professional companies who have been providing the correct documentation. My items that were packed up and stored have now been brought back to my house. I’m missing all of the items that I had left in my closet, after grabbing the essentials that I thought would get me through the summer. I’m talking entire shelves of sweaters, boots, shoes, and purses that are missing. Before I discovered the missing pistol, the guys in his crew told me to grab what I needed from my closet because they were getting ready to pack it up. I had some space in the guest room upstairs where I could put some of my clothes and shoes, but I figured the rest would be ok to pack up until I get my closet back. I was making rounds moving some of it upstairs grabbing my summer essentials and such. That’s why I hadn’t grabbed any sweaters and some of my warmer boots for the Houston heat. Now I’m getting ready to move to Germany and I have none of it. Like I said, this company is completely untrustworthy. Do not use them unless you want to be out thousands of dollars of your personal property.

H2O restoration came to our rescue after we had a bath tub overfilled. Mike the owner had a fast response time and explained the whole process. The team that fixed it were so professional and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company for any water or mold problems.

I want to brag about H20 Restoration Inc.~ Water Restoration remediation! Our new water heater blew a valve right after faulty installation & water came pouring thru walls & ceiling & flooded the whole house! The immediate response, the crew, the service has been so professional. They have gone the extra mile at every turn to remediate the damage & control mold to floors/walls/counter cabinets, etc. They kept us informed at all times. I’m very grateful they were the company called!! Thank you Mike (owner), Luke, Shane & Bry! Highly recommend!!

My experience with H2O Restoration was disappointing. While they initially performed packing services, they failed to cooperate with my licensed Public Adjuster and insurance appraiser during the insurance claim process. Despite repeated requests, they did not provide the necessary documentation, which delayed and reduced my settlement.

Outstanding customer service and support! I called for a leak in my ceiling on a Sunday and the technician was at my house within a couple of hours. Luke was knowledgeable about the issue and explained thoroughly what next steps should be. I would highly recommend this company.
