Matt Peña was extremely thorough and it was obvious that he has a deep knowledge of what he is doing. I received a residential home inspection and during the summary, he thoroughly walked me through all of his findings, answered my questions along the way, and provided his recommendations. I had a very disappointing experience with GreenWorks. During their inspection over a month ago, they damaged my property and have refused to take responsibility or cover the cost of repairs. Accidents can happen, but the lack of accountability and poor customer service afterwards is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for an inspection company that treats clients and their property with more care and respect. For comparison, our neighbor's plumber damaged a different section of the same wall a couple of years ago. The company took care of everything at no hassle or expense to us. That's how this should have been handled.
