Graystone Restoration

Graystone did an excellent job with our mold remediation. Jerry and Jukyii were a pleasure to deal with. They are hard workers that are friendly and courteous. Their attention to detail and tidiness while they work made it so we didn’t feel like we were in a demolition zone. Thank you!!

Graystone Restoration did a great job. They handled our flooring, cabinets and bathroom shower and floors. Tim was our project manager and handled everything really well. All issues I had, he addressed and was polite and helpful throughout. I would absolutely recommend Graystone for any repair, restoration or insurance job.

We used Graystone's services to remediate flood-related damage to several areas of our home caused by a ceiling collapse due to a ruptured water line in our attic. These included replacement of flooring and baseboards, drywall repair, painting, and removal/storage ("pack-out") of furniture while the flooring was being replaced. Work began on October 6 with the removal and detailed inventorying (supervised by Stacey) of the furniture. Work on flooring replacement (done by Carlos Rubio and Alex Blue) and drywall repair/painting (done by Shawn Harvey) commenced on October 7 and was completed on October 20. Prior to all this work, we had multiple meetings with Tim Richards, Graystone's assigned project manager, to develop a detailed work plan and cost estimate. In brief, all of Graystone's services were outstanding. They were performed as scheduled in the work plan by the abovenamed individuals in a thoroughly professional, knowledgeable, and efficient manner. Tim was on-site each day to oversee the process and otherwise maintained close communication with us by phone, text, and email to answer questions that arose. Stacey and her crew ensured that our furniture was very well protected and carefully removed (in doing so, they went the extra mile in dislodging a troublesome Murphy bed!). The flooring and baseboard work by Carlos and Alex was meticulous and done to perfection - our new floor is beautiful! Shawn's drywall and painting work was also meticulous, and he showed great persistence in the difficult and tricky renewal of the ceiling's "popcorn" coating! Should we ever need restoration services in the future, we will not hesitate to call upon Graystone again.

Just wanted to give my recommendation for Greystone Restoration. Everything looks awesome! They were easy to work with, super thorough, and kept me informed throughout the project. Tim and Eric happily answered any questions I had and were always considerate of my time. Not only did they do a great job with the project, they took pride in ensuring the areas were cleaned of any debris after the job was complete.
