They beat all of my other guys prices really friendly service. Great experience overall once I started doing business with this company, I never called anyone else. Stop lying!! Matt the smooth talker explained things very well and he said him and his company are the right company for me . So signed a contract not knowing my future. Would be so bad… The the company kept rescheduling my appointments Sometimes two days later our some days call give me A time and not show up at that time but hours and hours later. Wish I had chosen a different person and company. Horrible service!

I wanted to provide an update to my last review on Giuliani Construction. I am happy to say that we finally finished our fire reconstruction project, and I am extremely happy with the final product :). It’s a lot harder than people realize to find a company that not only knows how to handle fire reconstruction, but also how to deal with insurance companies and get funding approved as well. The only issue I had with them was the multiple superintendents assigned to the project, which delayed things a bit. Most of the delays were due to the city asking for so many specific corrections, but I think the multiple superintendents slowed us down a little too. However, once we got Som on the job, he was fantastic. He is super quick to get things done, and is very responsive and understanding to any small requests, even after certain tasks have already been completed. The most important thing is having someone that is understanding and willing to cooperate—and he was exactly that! Gaspar was also super helpful, and he was great at getting insurance to approve things. I really appreciated how he didn’t invoice us for anything until he saw what insurance approved first. That meant a lot. If I ever work with them again, I would hope to get Som and Gaspar! I would highly recommend them for a fire repair or any construction project.

Stay away!! Issac olguin, smelled like total alcohol! I had water damage at my home and he shows up at 7am in the morning at my home banging on my door with my husband not home I was terrified!! Talking through my metal screen door He said the insurance sent him out so I called my insurance and they said they haven’t sent anyone out. Stay away from this person and this company. Total scam…Nightmare!!!

Very helpful, especially when my insurance company wanted to argue over every detail. Our project manager, Andrés Struque, was especially patient and willing to engage. Appreciate the help!
