Flows Plumbing did an outstanding job installing my new High Efficiency Hybrid Heat Pump Water Heater. From the very beginning, I was impressed. They responded promptly and courteously to my initial call, and their sales professional, Brad, provided a fast, accurate, and fair quote. On installation day, my technician, Paul, and his assistant arrived right on time. I appreciated receiving both a text and an email in advance with Paul’s photo and estimated arrival—great touch for customer confidence. Now the best part: Paul was not only polite and professional, but clearly skilled. He explained the process thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and got right to work. This was a technically involved job, given that my new water heater is a “smart” hybrid unit with all the latest features and functionality. Paul’s work was meticulous, and after inspecting it and running the system for over a day, I can say it’s working flawlessly. The workspace was left spotless—just as clean as when they arrived. Wow, wow wow I cannot say enough about Alex. I am a first time home owner and did not expect for a sink back up to be so expensive. But Alex worked with me and helped me. I truly appreciate this so much. He was so nice so courteous and compassionate. I even told him that my mother in law had just got here from Haiti and he asked about how she did because they had just had a hurricane. He was so nice and I just truly appreciate it.
