FloodDry

We were connected to FloodDry by Umed Erbekov from IRBIS Air Plumbing after he came to fix a leak from our upstairs toilet. Konstantin arrived promptly and checked the humidity levels in all the damaged areas. He explained the entire remediation process clearly and walked us through how he works directly with insurance. He even recognized our insurance agent just from hearing the company name, which gave us a lot of confidence in his experience. Konstantin was extremely patient in answering all of my questions before we signed the work authorization. His communication has been generally efficient and transparent. He made sure we understood every step of the process. He immediately sent his remediation team, and both Kirill and Alex were incredibly professional. They opened the ceiling carefully, installed a very well-planned plastic barrier, and set up the drying equipment thoughtfully. The barrier was perfectly placed and sealed, and the ceiling opening was done with great care. The removal of the equipment was just as careful and respectful of our home. At this point, we are still waiting for the next phase of the remediation, but overall we’ve had a positive experience with FloodDry and feel that the team has handled the situation professionally.

FloodDry performed Water damage restoration at my home in San Jose. They were very easy to communicate with and did a great job. They also kept the house very clean and maintained good contact throughout the drying process. Konstantin explained everything very well and helped a lot with insurance. Alex and Kirill did an amazing job communicating what they do and explaining the process as they do it to me.

Had some water damage in my bathroom and called FloodDry -- honestly, they were a lifesaver. They got me on the schedule right away and actually showed up when they said they would (shocking, I know ). So many companies say they'll "be there between 9 and 5," and somehow that always means 6:30... but not these guys! Kirill and Alex were the tech who came out, and they were great. Super friendly, responsible, and always explained what they were doing and why. Kirill made sure I understood the process and even gave me ETAs along the way, which was really helpful. He even went out of his way to stop by on the third day just to check the moisture levels -- you don't see that kind of dedication often! It's not fun dealing with water damage, but FloodDry (and especially Kirill!) made it so much easier. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who needs quick, reliable help.

In Los Altos, water got into my house after a rain, and the entire lower part of the wall was wet. The guys arrived quickly, answered all my questions, opened up the wall, and installed the equipment. When the work was finished, everything was very clean. I'm thrilled; I hope this doesn't happen to me again. But if it does happen again, I'll definitely contact Flooddry Water Damich Restoration again.

Konstantin from FloodDry was great! Responded to my call on a Sat and came out within a few hours to inspect. Started the work the next morning (on a Sunday!). He was highly responsive to all my questions, provided good guidance for me, which was especially helpful during a very stressful time. He was communicative, reliable and delivered top notch customer service. I hope I never need his services again but if I do, I would not hesitate to call him. I am recommending him to anyone who needs water mitigation and repair work.
