I had a shower overflowing situation at 9pm and unfortunately the flooding went into both bedrooms, and our hallway… literally the only carpeted area we have in our home -_- I panicked once I realized the severity of the flooding and hopped on google and the flood pros were the top recommendation I found. I called at about 9:30pm expecting to get voicemail. Surprisingly they answered and got me scheduled quickly and even offered to send someone out that evening. I decided to wait till the next morning so we could get some sleep. Shortly after I made my appointment, I received a call from Jamal to see if we needed anything that evening before our appointment the next day. I loved that. The next morning I received a call from Juan, the technician that was assigned to the job, he asked a few questions to get familiar with the job and then gave me his ETA. Juan was on time, polite, and made this experience as smooth as could be. Juan educated me on the type of flooding I had and explained everything he would do to resolve my issue. Juan set everything up in a timely fashion and was back each day to check in on progress. Once my floors were dry and the job was completed, Juan was able to get all the equipment cleaned up quickly and he was on his way. I would 1000% recommend Juan and the flood pros to anyone who needs this service. Thank you so much for taking good care of our home! It’s like nothing ever happened! 11/10 recommend!!

Juan and his team were excellent at resolving my water damage issue. He came to my home on a Sunday night to start the process immediately, recognizing my sense of urgency. Great care, good equipment, and the water was extracted within 2 days time. Juan is easy to work with, easy to communicate with, and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

John came out to take a look at a leak that I had and provided me with a free inspection in my attic where he identified the source of my leak and made recommendations on my next steps to correct my issue. He was very knowledgable and personable and willing to provide assistance, recommending that I get a hold of my roofer to address the issue. If I ever have an issue that requires more major remediation services, they will be the first one that I call.
