Flood Pros has absolutely amazing service! Top of the line responsiveness, and they updated us with everything along the way. No surprise costs! Would highly recommend using them! So happy we used them for our remodel!

They were very easy to work with and assessable whenever needed. My incident occurred late in the evening and someone was able to asses the damages the following morning and got to work immediately afterwards.

Juan worked tirelessly to help us clean up, installed machines to prevent mold and was very knowledgeable about how to navigate the insurance estimate process. He was extremely professional, communicated with us daily and was on time for visits. He made a very stressful situation manageable for our family!

They did a great job! Joe was very helpful and was willing to teach me how to clean up our flood even without using his services! His guys came out within a few hours and took care of my water problem. They left equipment in my house for over a week to completely dry out the carpet. Recommend for sure!!

They did a fantastic job on my home after Hurricane Michael. We had a lot of water damage from our roof being ripped off. They removed all of the wet material and property, dried everything out and sprayed an additional anti microbial paint to stop any further damage. We were so thankful. Jamal and Joe were professional, personable, and knowledgeable. We trusted them to help us and it was trust well placed. We would recommend them to anyone with mitigation needs. They are Five Star!
