They were efficient, patient and always available when I had questions. AND they cleaned everything when they finished. I was referred to Flamingo Floodworks by a friend and I am so thankful I listened. I had a water line break and it flooded my entire house. Of course these things always happen overnight or on the weekend and for me it was both. Within less than an hour from making the call, both Chris and Parker were at my house on that Saturday morning! Professional, knowledgeable, hard-working experts about sums it up! They had 20+ fans going, dehumidifiers, the whole works. They documented everything and with the tools they had, especially the moisture gauges and project software, it made everything so easy with my insurance claim. I didn’t have to do a thing as I watched them save my home! I’m sorry if you ever have to deal with a similar situation, but if you do, do yourself a favor and call theses guys as quickly as you can. The best service I’ve ever had. Chris and Parker are amazing. They are always nice and professional and no job is too big or small. They are literally there to help you and nothing else. They helped get my home back after a 2nd flood in my home and I couldn’t do this without them. Great people!

I’ve known Chris most of my life and can say that he has always been successful in business due primarily to the fact that he is singularly focused on taking care of his clients.
