First Coast Contracting did a fabulous job upgrading our builder’s grade bathroom to a splash-safe kids bathroom. Their team was respectful, clean, detail-oriented, and quick. They didn’t seem annoyed with my specific requests or inability to make up my mind. They worked to improve off the existing bathroom saving me money by upgrading only what was needed. They were patient with me and the quality of the work was fantastic!

I want to say first coast contracting did an amazing job with my house that had burnt down in September 20 24. Dennis were so great and was so patient with me and honored my request. I now see him as family. I am so thankful for this trustworthy company for all that they have done to help me out in that devastating time. I really recommend this contracting company for fires and remodeling homes…Thanks Marc And His Team For There Amazing Work!!10/10 ❤️

Victor at First Coast Contracting did an outstanding job with our water mitigation. He was on time every day, communicated extremely well, and explained what he was doing so I always knew what to expect. He took great care of my home, brought in and adjusted fans and dehumidifiers to prevent additional damage, and monitored moisture levels until everything was dried properly. Professional, respectful, and reliable — highly recommend Victor.

I spent countless hours over several months researching different companies and am really happy with our experience with First Coast Contracting - especially Jason Poore, Marc and Ray. Jason was our Project Manager and lead his team through what turned out to be a moldy shower project x2 showers. We had suspected mold due to moisture and Jason found the root of our problem. I was super worried about future mold prevention (having family who is really sick from it) and Jason helped reassure me along the way. We were so happy with the results on the showers that we figured this was the time to work on other projects we had wanted to tackle for years. We started a second big project with them that included: kitchen cabinets/counters, knocking down kitchen walls (see pictures), removing our fireplace/chimney, insulating one of rooms and “exploratory searching” a few places we suspected could have mold. We were excited about the project as it moved along, but were continuously impressed with Jason’s thoughtfulness. We were only able to afford a certain type of cabinet - he hunted down something better still within our price range and it looks amazing. We planned to DIY paint our kitchen afterwards, but Jason offered to do the cabinet walls before the installation if we dropped off paint - he offered this because he didn’t want us to worry about getting paint drops later/taping all around the new cabinets (I hadn’t even considered that future headache, but he saved us from it which was really sweet). He even grabbed old spare tile from our garage and added it to a space we hadn’t thought of addressing - he did this so we’d have extra kitchen room. He even found a way to squeeze enough granite from the slab to top off the half wall we created (I only planned on wood). There are countless other things that Jason thought of and did along the way, but I want to emphasize that he went above and beyond to make us happy. Also, an extra note on pricing - they are super transparent and honest about their pricing. Ray and Marc worked on this part for us and I felt their pricing was very fair. There were no surprises which was refreshing. We did have additional work added onto our showers due to the mold that was found behind the tile on the studs (understandable - we wanted the mold gone!), and the pricing to do that part was more than reasonable. They made the whole process easy. If we do any future big projects this is the crew I want to have.

Nathan expertly led the team that made my bathroom a dream come true. They got the job done quickly and without a hitch! The best part was that Nathan made things super easy for me, taking care of all the details and coordination. Thank you!
