I had the pleasure to use the fast mold testing service earlier this week because I am purchasing a new home and needed the peace of mind that I am not buying a home that is filled with mold. I cannot stress how important their service is as certain types of mold can affect your health and overall performance in life. Upon filling out the form on their website, I was contacted on Sunday and they quickly scheduled an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Their inspector, James was thorough and went the extra mile to explain how best to avoid mold and provide provided advice that a home inspection did not catch. Two days later, I got my mold testing report and now I have peace of mind that my new home doesn’t have any environmental toxins and dangers. Would definitely use their service again!

I reached out to Fast Mold Testing on November 19, 2025 due to some urgent, suspected mold issues with my apartment. The intake rep was really sympathetic with my situation and walked me through exactly what to expect during the process. I was able to get scheduled around half a week later on November 24. My inspector showed up on time, explained every step of his process, and was extremely thorough in every step of the way. I received my invoice the morning of November 26. I received my detailed results only 2.5 hours after paying my invoice. I am super impressed with the report - it's full of images and clear recommendations, which is so helpful. What was surprising to me, however, was that the inspector was an outsourced contractor. Ultimately, I'm extremely happy with how this went and recommend their services to others; I just wish they would have mentioned this during the first call.

I loved this interaction because Shantell was prompt, courteous and really heard the services I was seeking. Shantell also followed up with a point of inquiry I had on a weekend. Plus, the technician was prompt and demonstrated a genuine expertise in the service. In short, Fast Mold Testing was responsive, communicative, knowledgeable and provided superior service I highly recommend their services.

Josh was able to get an inspector out to our home within 24 hours of my call. Steve, the inspector, came to our home with such a short notice, which was not in his usual area. Steve was so thorough in his inspection and was able to walk me through the process. He also educated me on proper the remediation process, which was very helpful as the landlord seems that they are either not familiar with the correct process or they do not care about our health as FMT does. I recommend FMT to anyone who needs a mold inspection company.
