Several units in our condo apartment building were recently damaged by a plumbing leak. In my case it took the form of a roughly one foot square hole in the upper wall of my primary bathroom, on the lower floor of a split-level unit. The condo association hired Faragon to repair the wall, and they did a spectacular job. They started by thoroughly protecting the entire path from the apartment entrance, down the stairs, and across to the bathroom, using a combination of plastic sheeting and fiberboard floor covering. The bathroom surfaces were carefully wrapped in plastic and taped in place. Once that was done they began work and over the course of three days they created a two layer patch, plastered and prepared the surface, then color-matched the wall and ceiling and repainted most of the bathroom. All of this was done despite the awkward location of the hole (above a built-in closet close to the ceiling), and with a minimal impact to me and my husband. We have a half-bath upstairs but no shower, so each evening they removed the plastic sheets covering the bathtub, allowing us to shower each morning, and replacing it when they began work again. The work, when completed, was completely seamless - there was no sign there had ever been any damage - and our bathroom and apartment were quickly restored to their former state. While I did not select Faragon myself, I would definitely do so if I needed their services. They were professional, polite, efficient, and thorough.

I was told to contact them to resolve this issue and was conpletely ignored. y property management company hired them to deal with an water incident I was responsible for. First, they installed dehumidifiers and fans - unfortunately, they were done incorrectly and they kept on shutting down. In spite of this, they still charged for non-operational machines, Then they prematurely scheduled a demo and since the techs had nothing to do, they billed approximately $1,000. The inspector was nice and informative but their office still over billed and under delivered. 1 would not use them again.

As someone who works in real estate, I am always looking for reliable vendors who can get the job done. Faragon Restoration has become one of my most trusted vendors due to their staff and high quality work.
