Not even one month into buying our home we had a plumbing leak (of course). We were really nervous and didn’t know exactly what was going to happen. We got restoration out and they recommended Faddox construction for the work that needed to be fixed once our remediation and asbestos abatement was done. We got an estimate from Shawn, he was a great representative for the company. He was on time, professional and answered all the questions and concerns I had. He sent his team out to make sure the extra work I wanted added onto the house could be done. Alex and his crew showed up, on time and were able to do exactly what needed to be done. Alex worked on our home for 3 weeks, I felt very comfortable leaving the house while he was there trusting nothing would happen. He would lock up and leave the house in excellent condition every time. We even went on a 4 day trip to Chicago and left a lock box for him to come in and out. The work was completed in the timing they said it would be done. Alex did an amazing job in our down stairs and up stairs. We are so happy with all the results. Not only did he make our visions come to life in our dinning room and our upstairs master bathroom but he also cleaned the whole entire area after the work was preformed. I didn’t even have to clean up after they left. I would definitely recommend this company and Alex to anyone who is looking to get any kind of work done!
