I recently hired Mario and his team for flooring and drywall work in my home following a plumbing issue, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Mario and his team were outstanding throughout the entire process. From the first consultation, Mario was incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain every step of the project in detail, ensuring I understood what needed to be done and why. His transparency made me feel confident in the work being done. The craftsmanship was exceptional. The flooring looks beautiful, and the drywall repairs blend seamlessly with the rest of my home. We had a water main pipe, which was a hard plastic and not copper, break at the water regulator. Full water main pressure drenched our garage for hours. I called Mario's business Saturday morning. He took immediate action to bring in a plumber who ran a temporary line to get water to the house. They dug a trench and ran a copper pipe with minimal front yard disruption. Mario sent in a crew to remove the wet drywall and prepared it for repairs. Equipment was installed to dehumidify the garage that ran for a few days. Mario came by every other day to check moisture. Once it reached appropriate levels, a repair crew came in and made the garage look better than it ever was. Mario also worked directly with our USAA insurance adjuster. I am glad I selected Mario's company as he took care of the various phases to get everything back to normal.

Extremely happy with Mario and his team! Within hours of my ceiling leaking, he showed up to assess the damage. The very next day, they started working on repairing the leak. Within days, the new drywall is being put up and looks absolutely flawless! From start to finish, Mario has been extremely attentive to any questions/concerns I’ve had. Highly recommend if you appreciate top notch customer service, and someone who cares.

We had a water accident upstairs that went through the floor /ceiling and ended up on the to the floor downstairs. On consultation, Mario and his team evaluated the extent of the damage and proposed multiple remediation methods. We ended up using forced drying through the light fixture holes from downstairs and through targeted holes upstairs to minimize the damage. This ultimately resulted in a dry home (fully tested) with minimal reconstruction needed. I was very impressed with the innovative method used especially as I had called a few other companies and they were ready to do a full demolition of the ceiling downstairs and the floor upstairs. We got to 98% dryness by the end of the agreed on time and his team extended the duration of the work upstairs to ensure that the area was 100% dry.

I can’t say enough good things about Mario @ EZ Dry Flood Damage. He helped me with an insurance claim for a broken water heater. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. Communication was top notch, the work was impeccable, and his entire team was professional and polite. When it came to pricing he was more than fair! He worked with us to help minimize out of pocket costs and did everything he could to make things affordable.
