Exquisite Carpet Cleaning

My elderly cat peed on my large, L-shaped Flexsteel sofa. I didn’t find it right away, so the mess had fully soaked in. I paid extra due to the size of my couch ( makes sense) and I elected to go with a specific process to remove the urine and odor, and a protection process. Chandler was prompt, efficient, professional and so very kind. He was careful to put down floor protection. It took longer than I expected because he was so thorough. I had no idea how much work would be involved! The sofa looks new and smells wonderful! Definitely worth the cost!

We recently had the pleasure of hiring Exquisite Carpet Cleaning, owned by Paul Brown, for a much-needed carpet cleaning in our living room and master bedroom. His sons, Josh and Chandler Brown, came to our home and worked absolute miracles! We were convinced both rooms needed full carpet replacements, but they brought our carpets back to life in a way we never thought possible. The transformation is truly stunning, and my family is beyond amazed at the results. Josh and Chandler were professional, efficient, and completed the job in an impressively short time. Their outstanding work reflects not only their skill but also the values instilled in them—clearly, they were raised right! On top of that, the service was provided at a fantastic price. The gentlemen who arrived to clean the carpets were well mannered. They were honest about their inability to most likely remove the medicine dye stains from the previous owners. They vacuumed, pretreated and then steam cleaned the carpets. The carpets looked very good for their age after the cleaning. They communicated that drying time would be approximately 6 hours and that using the air conditioner during the drying time was ideal to prevent a musty smell. I was very pleased with their work. Unfortunately I was not able to hire them for grout cleaning due to the pricing, but I am confident that they would have done a good job if I had hired them for the grout cleaning project.

Wow our area rugs are super clean and fresh . They removed stains and spots well . Awesome job , people!
