We were so pleased with the experience we had with Elite Mold Services. Edwardo came to our home in Lakeland and was so knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He told us when he left that if we had any questions to call him anytime. When I got my report I had some questions and called him. He talked to me at 7:30 pm (my husband and I work nights so this was such a convenience for us) I was so impressed and grateful for his excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company and actually have already recommended them to a close friend.

Derek Downs is the Mold inspector who was amazing. He checked our home thoroughly. He kept my wife and I informed throughout the process. He inspected even under our home. Honesty is the most important part of any inspection. Mr. Downs showed us parts of our house we thought had Mold, and he said those places were fine. The bottom line is I recommend Elite Mold Services for their integrity and honesty.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received. I spent over $1100.00 and they spent less than 30 seconds on the phone with me going over my results in which he said nothing alarming was found. It felt very rushed, in addition to this the information provided to me on the phone did not match what was said to me verbally while he was in my home. There was visible Aspergillus Niger INSIDE the HVAC system and when I asked if any results showed Aspergillus he said no. I am very sick due to mold, I have confirmed CIRS diagnosis and have since moved. I plan to file a BBB complaint as well as dispute with my CC. Please do not use this company if you value your health. I performed an at home mold test which confirmed 3 types of mold including Aspergillus Niger. I've included those pictures as well as pictures of inside the HVAC system. This company told me there was "nothing alarming found". Crazy.
