Elements Disaster Recovery

We recently had water damage in our home that affected our second floor and ended up pouring down into the guest room below. Elements Disaster Recovery was absolutely fantastic. They arrived in less than an hour after we got in touch with our insurance company, and their team was incredibly professional and thorough. They answered all of our questions, worked quickly, and had everything done, including removing tile and subfloor, in under five hours. They also gave us clear instructions for next steps. I highly recommend them if you ever need disaster recovery services!

Nick and Jessie were extremely professional and kind. They explained the process of fixing some water damage in my home, including next steps and the overall strategy, plans and equipment used. They seemed very knowledgeable and were very helpful. This service was contracted through my insurance company American Traditions.

My insurance company referred me to this company, I had roof damage as well as some water damage in my master bathroom that went into my master bedroom area. The guys they sent out, Angel & Jose' were THE absolute best ! Very kind and supportive, very professional ! They are great people and a great company that I would highly recommend ! They have 3 locations apparently, these guys are from the Orlando FL location. Again, thank you so much for your help. It's a scary thing to do alone, they gave me the reassurance and clearly explained what I need to do to get my home repaired.

Miguel and Thomas did a great job. Informative and communicative about the process of drying out a bathroom after a pipe leak. They are working with our insurance company. And this year Nick and Jesse did an amazing job on a bathroom too.
