Jessica is AMAZING!! I need a book from her on all the helpful information provided about my home which I would have never known. We dealt with mold in our air system which was remediated by another company, but surface mold was coming back and I couldn’t figure out why. The other company did not help me with this. Jessica walked through all my concerns and gave me all kinds of tips to keep it from returning, as well as walked the other areas in the home which felt warm and humid which I was worried about. Turned out I had reason to be concerned, and that several easy changes needed to take place to keep the environment right for not developing mold. Sometimes contractors have been very unhelpful in answering my questions thoroughly as well as dismissive, and this is definitely not the case with Drymore. If you’re hesitant- just call!

I reached out this morning to this company, and the owner answered the phone. I explained what I thought was a roof leak because the sheet rock in the ceiling of a bedroom cracked and fell partially down. I had seen a dark spot on my roof. She had a gentleman named Matthew Zeiter at my home by 3:30 this afternoon. Matthew explained the process, then began to do his inspection both in the bedroom and in the attic. His instruments did not detect any moisture anywhere and he admitted he had not seen that in his career of over 10 years. I am so relieved but wanted to post a very positive review of the response, the detail of the inspection and professionalism of this company. Matthew is an asset and I highly recommend DryMore in the event you have a need for water remediation and clean up. Thank you for being so prompt.
