The insurance company had sent out a few of their own vendors, but the customer service just wasn’t there. It felt like they only wanted to do the bare minimum. So, I looked up Drymaster myself, and I’m glad I did. From the beginning, it was clear they work for you—the homeowner—not just what’s best for the insurance company. They showed up with the right equipment, did a full wipe-down, and set everything up to clear out the smoke. Now it looks like nothing ever happened. Very reasonable pricing and highly recommended!
