Arturo did an amazing job prepping our downstairs with containment for our upcoming kitchen demo. He was prompt and thorough. Mindful of all possible areas that needed to be protected. He did a great job. My experience over all aspects thus far with Dry out Medics has been an overwhelmingly positive one. Each tech is communicative and professional. Highly recommended.

The field members were nice but the management and the office decided to falsely charge my insurance with charges for a room that they never performed any work in. Now that I’ve paid, they will not return my phone calls. I believe all the reviews below that people were wrongly billed and taken advantage of. I don’t think they were just angry customers I wish I would’ve read this before just taking a random referral for a mitigation company. Usually, I don’t write reviews, but it’s kind of upsetting because this is exactly how older people get taken advantage of by companies like this. Very disappointing, dishonestly is my biggest pet peeve.

Robert the General Manager was very knowledgeable and his team Andrew, Andy, Jeremy and Calvin all performed great services and kept my home clean during and after the demo. I'm very happy with those company and their service. They were all very kind.

THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS BE WARNED. Absolutely horrible company. They scam you by rushing you to sign a contract with them and lying about this is how they can represent you to work with your insurance company. They often don’t come and are irresponsive and then charge you however they want. I ended up paying almost $30,000, and they actively deceive you while making sure insurance won’t cover a single cent and you’re left paying everything out of pocket. It’s disgusting, dishonest, and predatory. Save yourself the nightmare and stay far, far away from them.
