Dry Kings

We had water intrusion in our house and discovered a secondary crawl space which had lots of potential issues. Called Dry Kings to come inspect the area and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. We called on Saturday and someone came out on Monday - they were very thorough and honest with us, which we really appreciated. Great service and responsiveness which is hard to find! Absolutely recommend working with Dry Kings.

Amazing team at DryKings Restoration. Jon Won did an amazing and outstanding job. Not only was he polite, courteous and respectful, he filled me with an update every hour or so. I am a repeat customer. I had a toilet leak from the tank was concerned about water damage and possible mold, etc. I called Dry Kings in the morning and the receptionist was able to coordinate a technician to come out that afternoon. Mark, the tech was on time and professional. He checked my floors, walls and my downstairs neighbor with a device and there was no water detected. He said since I cleaned up the water promptly I was lucky that it didn't turn out badly but to keep an eye out for discoloration. Dry Kings did a mitigation for me 4 years ago on a different property. There was water damage due to roof leak onto the ceiling. They also checked all the rooms of the house - fortunately it was contained to the living and dining rooms. They also recommended an asbestos abatement company due to having the ceiling opened up and drywall and sheetrock demolished. They do a thorough job to ensure customer safety. I would call Dry Kings again in the event of future water damage to a property.

We had Dry Kings come to clean up a mold issue that another company failed to do properly. Madison, who answered the phone at Dry Kings, (and became my point person through out the entire process), was patient answering all my questions and set up an appointment for the following day. The crew came at the appointed time, explained the clean up process, and were very respectful. They worked efficiently and the job was done in 2 days. I hired an independent company to do a follow up mold inspection, and the report cam back clear of any mold. Dry Kings did a great job and provided me with peace of mind. Pattie F.
