Update: The General Manager reached out to me to discuss my experience (truly was not expecting this). He was very professional, sincerely apologetic, and went above and beyond to make things right. I really appreciated that they took the time to listen and show they cared about my experience. Their follow-up and commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out, and it’s clear they value their customers. Original: I used Dry Force to address a water leak that affected a bedroom ceiling in my home. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. The cost of the service was extremely high (around $4k) for drying the ceiling, especially compared to local companies that offer comparable services at a fraction of the price. I only know there are other options because the leak issue at my home was not fully repaired, which caused additional water damage, and I decided to use another company. Punctuality and communication were major issues. The technicians were consistently late, and on one occasion, they didn’t show up at all. I only received a phone call around 8 PM explaining that they wouldn’t be coming, this appointment was simply to remove the drying equipment. Additionally, dark stains appeared on my carpet after the equipment was removed. The technicians did not mention the issue; I had to inform the company myself. They did come out to inspect the carpet, but there was no followup. I had to call the office again after at least seven days to request a resolution. I will say that the supervisor/lead I spoke to was helpful and took steps to remediate the issue, but this level of effort should have been standard rather than contingent on my followup. All in all, my primary concerns were the high cost, lack of punctuality, poor communication, and the need for persistent follow-up to resolve issues.
