I called Dreyer's DKI at 245pm after a delivery person busted a water pipe in my home while setting up a new washing machine from Lowe's. The person on the phone was very responsive and concerned and a truck and equipment arrived at my home at 315pm, unbelievable how fast he arrived! DKI employee Andres Gonzales Ditta was the person that responded, he was dressed professionally and had his covid mask in place which was also reassuring. He immediately took action and within minutes he was moving furniture, removing wet baseboards and setting up dryers in my laundry room, kitchen, family room and dining room. He worked until after 6pm and did everything he could possibly do before he left. If not for him my damages would be much worse. Andres was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about his job, I would rate him 10- Stars if I could. I highly recommend this company. Their response time was off the chain fast, great equipment, everything was clean and I can't speak highly enough about Andres. He was an incredibly hard worker and he did a great job! Dreyer’s DKI were very responsive as Alicia fit me in for a mold inspection. Mike and Mike explained the issue in a concise, straightforward manner and then provided an estimate. We were able to schedule an appointment shortly thereafter. Kent, the technician, was professional and efficient as he completed the treatment. He addressed all concerns in a polite manner and cleaned up all debris without harming my furniture or floors. A+ service all around with reasonable cost!

I had a garbage disposal leak. Once notified, Dreyer's DKI responded promptly. Initial visit, Andres arrived on time, explained the process. He was professionally attired, and displayed a friendly and professional demeanor. The second visit, I received a courtesy call; same as initial visit. Andres sectioned off an area with minimal access restriction and it was professionally done; nice, neat and clean. This resulted in little to no interruption in my regular routine and quality of life. The work was completed with no incidents and within the time frame stated. The project and clean up was tidy and clean. I’m thoroughly impressed with the quality of work and professionalism thus far. Andres did an awesome job! He was professional, explained the process, prompt and timely follow-up and notifications but most important he was respectful of my time and space. Our company, Hernandez Hart Construction and Remodeling, had a pipe break during a remodel. We needed drying equipment for some of the floors and walls. I called Dreyer's DKI and talked to Zach. He had one of his technicians call me and came out the same day. They had equipment on site later that day! The homeowner had concerns about water under their LVP flooring. John used his moisture meter to test a large area to reassure the homeowner that the water was in a very limited area. The homeowner was very appreciative of that as were we. They did a great job, were very professional and very fast. I highly recommend their services!

Andres & Shaggy arrived as promised. They were very professional yet friendly. Easy to talk with them. Checked out the areas of concern. Thoroughly explained what they were doing & why & what to expect next. They answered all our questions & alleviated our fears. We never felt rushed or as if we were being brushed off. Assured us they would take care of everything. Seemed to know their job well. Their genuine show of concern for our situation was refreshing.
