Hailey was awesome From the moment she walked in to our door after mitigation to the moment she walked out on the completion of the work. She was very helpful through the process and very knowledgeable of all the work being done, she kept us in the loop with ordering materials and gave us a heads up if there was any delays.

Doan Restoration responded quickly. Doug came out and assessed damage and worked quickly To start the mitigation process. Haley helped answer all my million questions as I’ve never dealt with this before. Ben was an absolute pleasure to work with. They are flexible patient and knowledgeable. Their work was outstanding.
