From the initial emergency response to the final walkthrough, their professionalism, attention to detail, and rapid efficiency were truly a lifesaver. This is a 5-star review, but if I could give more, I would! ​A massive thank you to the specific team members who made this experience seamless and stress-free. Jacob was an incredible General Contractor—his communication was flawless, keeping us updated every step of the way and answering all our questions with patience and expertise. The core of the hardworking crew, Edgar and Leo, deserve immense praise for their dedication to quality craftsmanship. They worked tirelessly, ensured everything was done right, and were always respectful of our home and schedule. Wow! From the start of an unexpected disaster to the end of a stressful remodel, this company was absolutely the right choice. This was my first time dealing with a water leak, and I was lucky to be referred to the owner by a local plumber. He immediately sent a team out within 45 minutes to assess the situation and provided a quote the next day. I’ll admit—I’m not the easiest client. My attention to detail, tendency to overanalyze, and stress levels were high throughout this process. But the entire team was calm, patient, and reassuring, which made such a difference. Even though our insurance adjuster hasn’t come out yet, they’ve already gone above and beyond to document everything carefully and handle the situation with professionalism. Jason (manager) was super responsive, Jacky in the office was so helpful, and Roberto and his crew were amazing—clean, thorough, and kind. The supervisor stopped by as well and was super helpful as well. I’m truly impressed with their dedication and quality of work. Highly recommend and plan to continue with them for the restoration phase—and hopefully a few upgrades, too! I will also add that they are extremely efficient and get the job done quickly!

I had the pleasure of working with David and his team at Dexcore when I faced water damage issues in my living room due to a pipe leak. It was on a Sunday and they were able to get in and very efficiently mitigated the damage caused by the pipe. In addition to this he and his team went the extra mile assisting me with the insurance process. The transformation was amazing! they not only repaired the damage, but also added a beautiful frame that truly elevated and changed the space. I couldn't be happier with the results! Their attention to detail exceeded my expectations-Highly recommend Dexcore for any and all restoration or home improvement needs. They turned a stressful situation into a very positive experience. Tar and his team at Dexcore went above and beyond when cleaning my apartment after a major restoration was done. Tar asked if there was more that needed to be done. I asked if his team could wash the outside of my windows, which was not in their scope of work, and he said not a problem! Thank you again, Tar and Dexcore.

Let me start off by saying I’m too Mexican to be writing reviews but here I am… these guys are just amazing! I had to. I didn’t even take an after picture because I got too excited decorating and setting up my home after they were done with the demo and work needed to finish up my home. First, the speed! These guys are EFFICIENT. And believe me, quality was NOT affected. Good quality work at a great pace. I was so eager to move into my house but it was in the worst condition, not livable for sure! But these guys came and took care of it in such little time!!!! Second, the price!!! The price was right…and let me tell you, your girl stays on a budget…San Diego is TOO EXPENSIVE! So best believe I did some “shopping around” and “browsing” before I made a decision. Third, communication and professionalism…they were clear, concise, kind, and last but not least, respectful! They respected me, my home, my time, and always made sure to check-in with me before something I wasn’t aware of, had to be done. Lastly, they got the job done! Like I mentioned, they were efficient! They would arrive the day they would tell me they’d arrive and they would work. Dexcore, if you see this…YOU GUYS ROCK! Thanks again for all your hard work!!!
