I had the unfortunate experience of coming home to a cracked toilet tank and 2 rooms' floors flooded with water. I went through my homeowner's insurance who contracted with Dansel Restoration. Fernando and his team were very communicative, responsive, responsible, and efficient. We had some blips along the way, but they were resolved to my satisfaction, and I am left with a beautiful new bathroom and hall area for very little out-of-pocket cost. I would definitely recommend!

Restoration from water damage that came from upper floor. Floor/wall/ceiling especially in bathroom, all rooms' carpet and baseboard. [Good] - Project manager Fernando was very reliable - Perfect demolition/construction taking care of water pipes - Most of all, we were quite impressed with the people themselves worked here. The longest part was the bathroom construction, and the senior and young pair of specialists were especially polite and worked carefully and thoroughly. We should have written down their names. [Bad] Nothing.

Our second floor water heater leaked through our floor and ceiling. My insurance company helped coordinate repairs through Dansel Restoration INC. Fernando contacted me by phone and arranged a time to come and evaluate the job. He was very professional, courteous, and extremely thorough. After another company had supposedly completed their abatement job, and removed the damaged sheet rock, Fernando came again for another site visit. I met with Fernando, and he advised me that there were several areas of sheetrock and door trim & moulding that should have been removed. His points of concern were well received and I knew that this news was going to delay the project, but it was the right approach. I was very appreciative of his insightful honesty and recommendations. I reached out to my insurance company and the company that did the abatement work. Based on the info that Fernando provided me, I was able to convince them to come back and re-do the job and make sure they removed all damaged sheet rock, trim and moulding. The original abatement company came back out and completed another days work & removed the necessary sheetrock. Now, Fernando made another site visit and confirmed the work was done properly this time and his team could proceed with the re-construction phase. During the entire process, Fernando did an excellent job in keeping in touch with me and coordinating the re-construction project. Once the re-construction project was under way, the two crew members were very courteous and I was quite surprised and pleased at their attention to detail. The project took several days,. Each day, the crew kept me informed of the progress and when they would be returning. We were so happy to have this project finished and our home back in working order. The final finished job looks outstanding, and I am very satisfied with all the hard work and dedication that Fernando and his team accomplished. The area where the work was completed looks like there were never any repairs., not obvious and not poor workmanship. I highly recommend Dansel Restoration for your project. Dansel and company completed my flooring and they did an incredible job. His crew were so considerate and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Everyone was easy to work with and they really cared about about making sure that I was happy. Rarity these days, thanks again for the awesome work and the customer service.

I was moving some things around in my closet and spotted mold! Yuck. Dansel Restoration had someone out quickly to assess how bad it was and what needed to be done. I did need some drywall replaced, and had been planning to re-insulate that entire wall already. Fernando got me on the schedule promptly and the work was completed in two days, including texturing and repainting the replaced drywall. The crew also left my house spotless, I saw them dry-mop my floor and wipe down the front door on their way out so no drywall dust was left behind. Thanks for the excellent work!
