CRDN

CRDN of North Florida was chosen by our insurance company for restoration of linens damaged after a water leak in the roof. This was in Sept. of 2022. It is now Feb. of 2025. The linens were completed as per contract and the job was done well. No problems with the work performed. Only problem was that CRDN never provided a bill to the insurance company for the reimbursement (Verified with the insurance company) nor even provided to us. Under the understanding that the insurance company hired CRDN for the job, and that we never received a bill, a phone call, an email, etc. we had assumed that the bill was submitted to the insurance company. Low and behold, 28 months had passed, and we receive a letter from a lawyer for the collections of the bills total and interest accrued ($300+) over the 28 months. Not one time in the 28 months had we received a phone call, letter, email regarding this issue of non-payment. Per the lawyer's contract with CRDN, CRDN wasn't allowed to communicate with us regarding why 28 months had passed without notification regarding this issue. In order to close this process and not accrue further interest and additional lawyer's fees, we paid the amount. So, the moral of this story is the age old one of "Buyer Beware", demand that CRDN provide proof that the bill was filed with the insurance company and demand a written notification that they had received payment from the insurance company so that 28 months later you are paying the bill and associated interest accrued due to CRDN's poor ability to manage their dealings with their customers

I am a textile artist and I have to wholeheartedly recommend CRDN!! When my award winning masterpiece, a embroidered and appliqued Christmas tree skirt was water damaged, I thought it was ruined. From the first phone call to Jamie it was a thoroughly friendly, yet professional experience!! Steven was a miracle worker, his skill, dedication, and pride in his work showed through on my restored and cleaned piece. The detailed cleaning that he had to perform was no easy task and I applaud him!! Thank you Steven, Jamie and the entire staff!! I will forever be grateful!!!

I cannot speak more highly of CRDN. Not only are they professional and their work impeccable, but the people at CRDN are SO wonderful. A majority of our clothing & other house hold items were damaged by mold when our moving company stored the items for us. The moving company took no responsibility and left us frustrated and at a loss of how to restore our items. CRDN stepped in and changed our lives! They gave us information about the mold, about the process of restoring and ultimately gave us the piece of mind that our disastrous situation could be fixed. We are SO grateful to them for their help, advisement, cleaning/restoration services and at the end of the day... their kindness. HIGHLY recommend.

CRDN is a wonderful company to work with. They were very careful, thorough, and thoughtful throughout our fire experience. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing specialty cleaning services.
