As you can imagine it was very stressful to have damage to my home from Hurricane Milton. I needed to have all of my china, crystal, silver (some of which belonged to my grandparents) and all of my kitchen packed up and sent to storage. A big thank you goes to Adam Key with EPS for referring me to Brooklyn and Content Recovery Specialists. As I began to watch them pack I knew that my belongings were in great hands. They did a fantastic job! I highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. And they also did a fabulous job delivering everything back to my home and unpacking tons of boxes. Loved that they left everything so clean.

After what our family had been through during Hurricane Milton, the Content Recovery Specialists really were everything we could have hoped for from this type of team. Our entire house was exposed to toxic levels of mold, and everything had to either be cleaned and sanitized, or disposed of. From the initial consultation with Brooklynn, I felt I could trust her with not only cleaning and sanitizing our personal belongings, but I knew she would do it all with care. And I was right. Brooklynn and her team itemized every item in my house, with pictures. Both the items we were having taken for cleaning, as well as everything we were disposing of. And I found when our items were returned just how much care was put into it. Everything was packed so meticulously and carefully so that nothing fragile had any risk of breaking in transit. This whole experience was so smooth and the least stressful thing I had to deal with when losing our entire home. Thank you Brooklynn for everything you and your team do!
