I managed to flood out my bathroom and back bedrooms while moving a vanity. Dallas with CIS got out to me within an hour on a Saturday morning. He was able to get to work assess so quickly that I was able to salvage all my floors (Vinyl Planks) he got me set up with humidifiers and fans. He was able to show and explain the damage as well as the plan to fix it. He even helped with the little stuff like moving wet towels abs sweeping up. I usually don’t write reviews, but I was really appreciative of the quick and effective work in a bad situation.

CIS made a bad situation a living nightmare! I would describe their services as over-promised, under-delivered, deceitful, poor communication, untimely delivery of services and unethical billing practices. I contacted them in the beginning of August to address mold remediation. I was told the actual physical labor aspect would start in a week. They did not start until the end of October. In the process, they damaged furniture, walls and my TV- all of which have not been repaired properly. The owner, Dustin, also told me that the post test indicated zero mold in the home, but after asking for the test for 2 weeks, it showed there was still mold in the home and I found large pockets of mold they refused to come back and address, stating it wasn’t part of their protocol. Mind you, when hiring them, their representative identified mold in these areas and told me they expect to find more mold than visible and prepared me the job would be larger than appeared. Dustin also assured me in a verbal conversation they would address all areas of the home that tested positive for mold because I have children in the home. These areas were neglected. Once the job was complete, they never sent me an invoice yet moved forward by placing a lien on my home for the outstanding invoice. Again, I was waiting on the invoice since I hired them as a customer so that I could work with my insurance company to have the invoice paid per my insurance company’s policy. This policy and procedure was discussed up front before work started. Additionally, my questions and concerns were never addressed. I did not receive returned calls in a timely matter and emails were responded to after business hours and typically questions were not addressed, so it could take a week to get 1 questioned answered. I just got confirmation they accepted payment through my insurance company about a month ago. Still no notification they have dropped the lien. This company lacks scruples and ethics. Save yourself the headache and avoid them!

I had to call this company to come out for a bathroom flood I had and had a great experience with the team they sent. I only recall two of their names that came out over the course of a week but they were all great! Junior helped get the sample and was nice to talk with and Dustin helped me so much answering my questions and easing my anxiety about the insurance process and even stuck around to help me talk with them. Thank you all!

We were saved by CIS! Great company worked hard to also save our built in bookcase that had gotten mold on it. Awesome customer service and the job was done in a timely manner working with us step by step. Special thanks to Domenick whose TLC kept us sane at a very challenging time.

I am beyond grateful for this company! We had, what seemed at the time, to be a small kitchen water leak. Turns out there is mold in our walls and the kitchen. We referred to CIS and literally, the same day, Adam and Sven came out to evaluate the situation. They were extremely professional, courteous, honest, and so helpful! They explained every little detail to me and even reviewed my insurance policy, timeline for work, best/worst case scenarios, all of it! I am so grateful for their help today. They even texted me to follow up shortly after they left. If your in need of serious help like we were, i strongly recommend using this company! And definitely ask for Sven and Adam, they were a pleasure to work with during a beyond stressful time.
