I have used their services twice and they have always been great to work with. Very professional, on time, and conscientious of my needs. They work directly with my insurance making sure all the work is covered and approved. I highly recommend them. When your insurance company wants you to work with one of “their” recommended companies, just say “ I want to use Cleaning and Restoration Specialists”.

On June 11, 2025, San Antonio had unprecedented rainfall and flash flooding. Our house was filled with water. While with the help of friends the excess was removed, there was still water underneath the flooring and traveling up the walls from underneath. We called Cleaning & Restoration Specialist, and they came right out. A very reasonable estimate was given, and they proceeded to get right to work on things to keep our home from any further damage. Everything was done professionally, and they even went out of their way to help us coordinate other professionals such as cabinet pros and plumbers to get things done for us. I can’t say enough good things about them. Would highly recommend them. Because of their expertise our home is better than before!

Called Cleaning and Restoration Specialists to see if we had water damage in our attic after a leak. They came to my house and said no remediation was necessary. I was so impressed with their honesty, I would definitely use them if I ever needed restoration or remediation work

On a Friday evening in May, 2025, I walked into my house from outdoors, and found my carpets floating. I had turned my tub on, and went outside “for a second”, and got totally distracted ~ three hours later my husband stuck his head out the door and wanted to know “why I was flooding the house”! The water had accumulated in the bathroom, our bedroom and closets, the living room, and my husband’s office. I immediately called Cleaning & Restoration Specialists to PLEASE come to my house, and they did, all the way from San Antonio to Canyon Lake at 10:30 on a Friday night. They came in Force the next day and set to work get the house back to normal. Everyone I have encountered with CRS has been so courteous and efficient at their jobs, from the girls in the office to the guys at my house. Always on time, and very neat! Cleaning and Restoration Specialists delivered a prompt, thorough, and effective water mitigation treatment to my residence after sewage backflowed due to construction damage to my main drainage pipe.
