Cityline Construction Fire & Water

We contacted Cityline one afternoon. Pete came to our home quickly, looked at major structural damage problems and immediately had Oliver come to our home to board up our garage door area. We couldn't have asked for better service. Then Chris Hunsicker was involved to work with our Insurance Company regarding estimates for work to be completed, Kirk came to do a temporary fix on plumbing in the wall with Chris, Ed Yeager came to talk with Chris and our Insurance Field Adjuster and shortly thereafter, work to be completed was approved by our insurance company and started a work plan. Due to our personal health problems, work began less than a week later and completed in 4 days. Foundation work, wall and plumbing repairs and wonderful coordination with our garage door company to have garage door removed; Now we wait a weekend to have the garage door reinstalled by our garage door company that was accepted to do the work by Cityline and our insurance company. Crew workers under the guidance of Ed Yeager, Project Manager and Eddie, crew leader on site, worked steadily to make all repairs. Plumber came back and confirmed all prior temporary work and finalized the plumbing repairs; Each and every part of the total fix was done with excellent workmanship and thoroughly reviewed by supervisory staff. We could not have asked for better service and skilled workers. Note: Our insurance field adjuster told us that he could not have asked for better attention from estimator, Chris, and project manager, Ed. He told us that the claim would be settled in a day or two and we would receive the amount necessary to pay our bill in 2-3 days; he was absolutely correct. Thanks to Cityline Construction, our home is safe for us to live in again and has been since they arrived at our home to look at all the damages and plan our recovery from this freak accident. Our insurance company even raved about Cityline's prompt response and thorough analysis of the work that needed to be done asap. Thank you, Cityline, for your excellent work and thorough explanation of necessary work to be completed, in additon to the thoughtful scheduling of that work. We could not ask anything more of this company and definitely would use them again if we need any similar work. There is none better than CitiLine and we recommend them for any work they accept and say they are experienced in that field of construction. CitiLine personnel are very honest and dedicated. I had a major portion of my house destroyed by a large tree. City Line came in and repaired and rebuilt everything. They went over and above. Excellent service and very responsive. The project managers were outstanding. Highly recommend.

We had a fire that completely destroyed our house last year. Tom, Dana, Ed, Chris, Pete and their crew were amazing! Day one they came out to assist us and start navigating with the insurance company. They handled everything from boarding up the house, inventorying our lost items and submitting them to the insurance, demolition, than planning the rebuild and actually rebuilding the house from nothing. They even assisted us in moving into the new house. The house they constructed is beautiful and time they put in with the insurance and my wife and I was amazing. I would highly recommend anyone using Cityline if your ever faced with a nightmare situation like we were!

Christina Nolan was such a huge help to me with my apartment that I rented from Cityline. My mom passed away recently, and I decided to move out of state to be back with my boyfriend. She went out of her way and helped me get everything taken care of so I could move more easily and not stress financially. She is truly a great, caring human being!

I’m a contractor that did work with this company small business owner and they stiffed me out of $12,000. I would never do work with this company. I’d be very careful if you’re another subcontracting company that works with this company I did multiple jobs for them and they waited until the bill added up on two whole house re-wires before they decided to stiff me so they planned to stiff me and it’s not even like I’ve spoken to any of their employees or anything. I’ve never had an issue with any of their employees. They literally plotted to steal from a small business and almost sunk my entire company by working with these guys be extremely careful if you do work with this company I have also spoke to a couple other subs on the same job sites and they were telling me that they’ve all had issues with this company with payment so I don’t know if they’re Robbin Peter to pay Paul here or what’s going on, but I would personally never do work with this company again
