I had a sewage leak under my crawlspace that caused a ton of damage to my sub floor and HVAC unit. I called certified restoration and they had their technician Thomas out to the house within 2hrs. Thomas put me at ease right away clearly explaining his findings and protocol for cleanup and remediation. Anything related to water leakage is stressful and the customer service with this company was spot on and I couldn’t be happier with the service. I will definitely use them in the future

Tad is amazing! We called a day before thanksgiving after our washing machine exploded and it started raining in my living room. Tad came right away with his men and they stated working that day. They were all so nice and answered any questions we had, which were a lot. They also texted us back right away when an issue would come up and they were at our door immediately. Honestly, these guys made a very stressful situation as easy as it could be for us.

Bryan and Isaiah with Certified Restoration were absolutely the best! They came so quickly after being called and had our drying setup completed in record time. They were exceptionally nice and professional, and were very patient with our attention seeking dog!
