I rarely leave reviews, but these guys truly deserve one. My home was rocked in Hurricane Helene, and the power outage from Hurricane Milton created a nasty mold issue. I called everywhere and finally found CDT. I was happy I did. I was devastated by the damage to my home, but Matthew patiently explained every step of the stabilization process and the preparations for the build-out, even though they knew they weren't the contractors I was using for that part of the process. They use exactimate and follow FEMA guidelines for the drying out process. When new issues arose, they handled them with ease and professionalism, but more importantly, compassion. They were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. I will definietly reach out to them for any future mitigation needs and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need.
