C3 did an incredible job with my smoke remediation after the Eaton Fire. I live in North Pasadena and had lots of soot and ash inside, and a smoke smell throughout. Nathan and his team were amazing from beginning to end. I really appreciated their great communication, clear scope of work, and straightforward quote. And their cleaning was incredibly thorough and efficient. Also they performed various clearance tests after they were done to ensure everything was cleaned properly (air tests for asbestos, lead, and heavy metals, surface tests for soot and ash). Highly recommend!

Our Pasadena home was affected by smoke/ash due to the Eaton fire. I contacted multiple companies for fire/smoke remediation services, and ultimately chose to work with C3. Nathan quickly responded to my Yelp query, patiently answered all my questions about the inspection and estimate, and provided a reasonable price quote, but did not oversell their services or pressure me in the decision process, which I greatly appreciated after experiencing that with other companies. Jacob and his crew came the next week and thoroughly cleaned the home over several days. He was communicative throughout the process and diligently addressed rooms that were of special concern to me. Overall, Nathan, Jacob, and their crew were kind, knowledgeable, and thorough, and a pleasure to work with. They separately helped address areas that required mold remediation services in an equally experienced and diligent manner. Would highly recommend them!

I'm a homeowner in Pasadena/Alta Dena who was looking for restoration & cleaning services as a result of smoke caused by the recent fires. One of the most important things for me when hiring someone to do work on my home or vehicle is trustworthiness. There are A LOT of stories out there right now about homeowners being quoted $25K plus for a cleaning. Now, while I do not doubt that in some cases, that's necessary, I also know of some properties that were not close to the fire and were being quoted this much. We see this a lot with auto services, too, suggesting maintenance on parts of your car that really don't need it. What I appreciate about Nathan and his business is that they're honest. He came by for an inspection before quoting, came in person, tested air quality, looked at the entire property, and then provided a very fair quote. I specifically asked him about the list of services that I had seen online, again, hey gave an honest answer, "here's what you need, here's what you don't need." I think that's so important right now, especially when there are a lot of homeowners who could be in a vulnerable position. Really appreciate Nathan and his business. Then, in part II, Jacob, a member of Nahan's team, along with a fairly additional team, came by the house today and did a very thorough cleaning. Just like Nathan, Jacob was super open to questions and explained things very well (and both of these guys are also really likable guys; easy to talk to, just nice guys). They spent the day cleaning both the inside and outside. Result? Prior to cleaning - there was noticeable soot on certain areas of the house and it definitely smelled of smoke in the house. Post cleaning - all gone. Highly recommend.
