I can’t say enough good things about Blackmon Mooring. We had a leak in the house which seeped through the walls and swelled the hard wood floors. Saying the thought of repair was going to be a nightmare was an understatement, but Blackmon and mooring did a FANTASTIC JOB. While everyone was great, I dealt mostly with ABDUL and he made the entire process easy and seamless. He came to the house, did a thorough walk through, explained the entire process, was very knowledgeable and answered all the question we had. Throughout the process he was easy to communicate with and prompt in his replies. The rest of the team was quick, efficient and clean. Definitely a change from the other restoration work we’ve had in the past. Total turnaround time for completion was so fast and the house looks AMAZING. We are so pleased and it was such a pleasure to work with Abdul and the rest of their team.

We had a bathroom leak and Blackmon Mooring did an amazing job remodeling our bathroom and flooring in our game room. Pablo was the first one who came out to walk me through the estimate repair. He was amazing and knowledgeable. He made things very easy and handled everything with our insurance USAA. Abdul the project manager met with me after the repair estimate got approved and he was very professional and explained the timeline of the repair and was very clear with everything that was about to happen. The contractor Luis and his crew was amazing as well. I appreciate that I was able to call/text Abdul with questions that came up throughout the project and he always answered me in a timely manner and that was very important to me. We love our new bathroom and the game room flooring is amazing. We would recommend Blackmon Mooring to everyone.

Abdul did an amazing job coordinating my $50,000 major toilet leak water mitigation & reconstruction. I was out of town the entire time but found myself trusting him in getting everything done in a high quality fashion. Abdul was extremely helpful in working with insurance & also helping choose new bathroom tile & bedroom trim.

Patricia and her team (Oswaldo) did an outstanding job cleaning the kitchen vent hoods. Their work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism were top-notch. I had a break in my water heater in my garage. I called Ines Magana to get help and she did an amazing job of getting the details of what happened to address my needs correctly and put everything into action immediately. She created the connection with the restoration team and they showed up to my house that same day. Rudy Lopez and his team were very professional with excellent communication and very timely work to take care of my water damage issues.. I highly recommend working with them!
