He was very professional, paid attention to my concerns, and his level of communication was outstanding - always keeping me informed of every detail. I had a water line break in my slab in July 2024 which caused water damage to my walls / flooring and my insurance company initially put me in contact with ServPro of Largo. They started the process, but three months later walked away from the job leaving me to begin the process again. BluSky quickly stepped into the job in late November 2024 to pick up the pieces and basically began the whole process with the insurance company adjuster. Nate Franks worked diligently for over a month with the insurance company to get the repair estimate approved. Once approved, Nate put us in touch Sean DeBolt who quickly coordinated the repairs that were needed allowing me and my wife to make the flooring / color selections. Once the remediation / repair process began, the process was seamless. The sub contractors (flooring / painting) were excellent and did a great job in completing the job in a timely manner. I know this was a relatively small job for BluSky to take on, especially with the rough hurricane season this past year, but they treated us very professionally during the whole process and we never felt that we were pushed to the "bottom of the list". I would highly recommend the Tampa team to anyone in need of remediation / repairs.
