Working with BluSky has been an overall positive experience, but I want to specifically recognize the person who truly made this project run smoothly: Jose Arroyo. Jose’s role was to supervise the project, but he consistently stepped up and took on far more responsibilities than his title required. For context, this has been a large-scale, three-month project affecting roughly 35–37 businesses. Throughout the entire process, Jose pushed progress, kept the IH team updated, and even created his own detailed site maps to communicate clearly with the adjustment team and ownership. His dedication, communication, and hands-on involvement were key to keeping everything on track. Without Jose’s effort, I genuinely don’t believe the project would have gone as smoothly as it did. Overall, great experience — and huge credit to Jose & team for making it happen.

One of the services that the School of Arts and Culture at the Mexican Heritage Plaza provided as COVID-19 relief was a bi-monthly Food Distribution in partnership with Second Harvest of Silicon Valley. BluSky Restoration, under Vivian T. not only donated to our organization, but also, were regular volunteers who often drove in from neighboring cities. Their team made volunteerism a fabric of their culture and were always willing to jump in to support tasks. While I am not a customer or client, I think my experience with their team speaks volumes to what their organization is doing with regard to volunteerism, workplace culture, and investing in community.

BluSky has integrity, and we are truly grateful to have worked with such professionals as Ryan R. and Kimny U. Our multi-unit restoration project had its share of challenges and unknowns, and they earned our trust many times over with their helpful demeanor, reliable communications, and quality finished product.

We have been working with BluSky on a multi-unit restoration and they had to do work on my individual unit as well. Ryan and Roman are always professional, responsive, and follows through on all aspects of the job. Communication and follow through on construction projects are vital and they are always reliable. BluSky has made the process seamless thus far and we appreciated the work that was done for my unit. I know the remaining of the work will be just as wonderful.

BluSky Restoration is the best in the business! I am a commercial property manager and I utilize BluSky often for most of my remediation needs. We have a property that floods during heavy rain, and BluSky has responded to the flood quickly and efficiently, even at 4am in the morning! We had major leaks at our tenants suites, and BluSky does a wonderful job responding to our needs at any given time. I would highly recommend them for restoration services as they are loyal, committed, and provides excellent customer service! P.S. The team is amazing! The commercial real estate industry would not be the same without them!
