A couple of weeks ago I had a hot water tank leak that went under my hardwood floors in my basement. I called Blue bear restoration and they were out there very quickly with dehumidifiers and fans taking care of the problem. They were very concerned with my house, they treated it as their own. I felt very confident in their ability to take care of the problem and deal with my insurance company. Everything went very, very smooth. I would definitely recommend them to anybody. Jane

Blue Bear Restoration was incredible to work with during a very stressful time. I had water damage in my kitchen, and what really stood out was their compassion. Everyone on the team was kind, patient, and truly seemed to care—not just about the work, but about me and my home. They made a difficult situation so much easier to handle. They also worked directly with my insurance company, which took a huge load off my plate. I’m so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend them.

I wish to formally praise the team, Luis, Terrance and Danny who worked on my father’s home. This was not our first meeting with these young men, in fact seeing them on the day of the job was calming. They are friendly, professional and respectful. Understanding this is a stressful time for all of us, they took the time to get to know the client and his protective daughter. They answered questions and explained the details of the job and how long it would take. They showed interest in my father, especially his paintings, taking their time to listen to his concerns while he gave them a tour of the gallery within his home. They laughed at my jokes. I am amazed at how detailed and non-invasive their work was. Other than the obvious areas of work, you would never know they were there. These three young men’s affect is evidence of a company that not only takes care of their clients but trusts their employees to be representatives of the company. Wow. I don’t know how to begin because this is the first of several recommendations for the folks at Blue Bear Restoration. I absolutely love this business. I’m a single Mom with a child in college. I do not trust anyone to work on my house because of so many bad experiences. I trust Blue Bear and these two guys that handled my basement clean-up. Luis and Terrance - thank you for everything. You were kind, patient, and so knowledgeable when it came to discussing the project. Your concern and demeanor calmed me right down and you relieved me of additional worry. Your patience meant so much to me. My basement looks beautiful if an old city basement can be beautiful. It’s clean, dry, and the job was handled with perfection. THANK YOU!!!

After a broken pipe fitting caused a basement flood, I called Blue Bear on the recommendation of my local insurance agent. The Blue Bear technician Farren arrived within about 3 hours of my call, explained the process and dropped off equipment, pending approval to begin the work. The next morning he came back, took photos, removed some wet carpet/paneling and started the drying process. Every morning at about 8:30 AM I received a call when we discussed when would be a good time for them to check on the status, day-by-day until the drying was complete. They measured residual moisture and once levels were acceptable, removed their gear. Every technician was professional, communicated clearly and respectful of being in my home. They exceeded my expectations in every regard!
