BELFOR Property Restoration

Fraudulent company!! The apartment I lived in hired this company. They falsified a report stating a flood came from my washer. This was false. We have photos and video showing this. When I asked why they put that, they told me they don’t investigate! They said they only clean and repair. I asked for the report to be corrected, never was! I asked for a copy of the report, never received! This report prevented me from getting any help with my displacement, damaged furniture, light bill, etc from insurance. They left equipment on for a week that tripled my light bill. They damaged items in my kitchen with their equipment. They got paint on my furniture. They lied on a report, lied about lying on the report, said they aren’t qualified to say how it was caused, caused damage, and did not care about any of it!! Do not hire these people. If your complex does, I feel sorry for you.

These people are the best when you need it most. Fire, water, whatever, these guys get you back quickly restoring everything possible. They can have 50 tractor trailers with gear, equipment, and tools with as many people as needed in 24 hours. Simply amazing.

Rachelle and Ramiro have been excellent to work with as both are very fair and professional. I highly recommend working with this company and these individuals.
