Austin Water Damage

They came out on a plumber’s referral to inspect a minor kitchen sink leak and told us they would return with a full quote before any work began. During the initial inspection, before any authorization was signed, they placed a fan and left. We chose not to move forward and they later came back to pick up their equipment. About a week and a half later, we received a bill for over $2,000 after they attempted to bill our homeowner’s insurance without our consent. The charges included inflated labor hours, travel time, a separate $90 fuel fee, and PPE charges even though no PPE was worn. Do not work with this company. The billing practices were deceptive and they are untrustworthy.

Dallas came out in short notice and on time. So appreciative of his time and knowledge he provided us on a slab issue. Highly recommend them for your remediation needs and communication was on point. Thanks again!
