Austin Hi-Tech Restoration

I had a water filter burst beneath my sink on Halloween night causing a lot of water damage. USAA sent out Austin Hi-Tech Restoration come out and get my home cleaned up before any mold damage can start. Chase was the project manager and sent his guys out asap. Ernest and Aaron came out and immediately started getting my house in order. Really cool dudes. Albert and Jesse also came out and checked the dehumidifiers and made sure all my moisture levels were low and no water was left. As great as Albert, Ernest, Jesse, Aaron, and Chase were,….. I hope I never have to see them again 🤣. However,… If I have any water damage in my house again, I hope these guys come out! Super cool, super professional, and always kept in contact with me.

On 2/6/25, my entire house was flooded from a pipe breaking upstairs. My insurance company recommended Austin Hi Tech Restoration. Chase and his crew jumped into action that same day filling the house with industrial dehumidifiers and fans. They all were professional and very supportive to a very traumatized person. After a rental house was found by my insurance company, Laura and her team jumped into action. They packed up my whole house in 2 days, separating out what went to their storage warehouse and what went to the rental. They loaded up the trucks, and my house was empty. Then Chase and crew started demolition. As I periodically stopped by to check on progress, I was constantly provided with up to date information and next steps.Chase provided real information even if it was not the best information. I appreciate his honesty and clarity. Once it was time to discuss repairs, Jordan worked with my insurance adjuster to provide what all was needed to do the estimates. Jordan took care of everything. Then we met and walked through the empty destroyed house reviewing the estimates for each room. He was so patient and answered all my questions while calming my nerves. He was able to work the approvals and it was time for repairs to start. Jeff met me at the house to review the plan for his team to rebuild almost my entire interior. His team led by Oscar was amazing. The skills and attention to detail was amazing. I probably drove Jeff crazy with all my questions. He always remained calm and worked through any issues that came up.The house looks amazing and I am very grateful. All of the different teams throughout this process were not only kind and respectful to me, but they also became friends with my traumatized elderly dogs, which means the world to me. I highly recommend this organization for big or small restoration projects.

Chase Stevenson, the Mitigation Mgr, and Laura Mora, the Contents Mgr, were both a god send from my insurance company. They both immediately arrived on scene within a few hours of contacting my insurance company. They both made a very stressful situation to become easier and manageable and reassured me that they would take care of me. They both are not only competent at what they do but they also knew how to put me at ease. My insurance company knows how to find good companies to work with and I definitely recommend this company and be sure to ask for Chase and Laura because they're good at what they do!

We can't speak highly enough about the water mitigation team that serviced our house from Austin Hi-Tech. They were a preferred vendor from our insurance company and we're so glad they sent them to help with our claim. Our upstairs shower room suddenly started leaking around a drain pipe to the room below, saturating the sub floor along the way. Chase and his team — Aaron, Ernest, Jesse, and Albert — were always punctual, overcommunicative, polite, thorough, and above all, kept things insanely clean (despite having to rip out a a bunch of tile, mortar and a ceiling). 3 days later, the subfloor is completely dry now and ready for the rebuild (which we'll be using this company for as well). Water mitigation sucks, but these guys make it way less painful and deliver results fast!

Within an hour of calling Austin Hi-Tech about the leak damage, Chase and Ernest and team were at my house setting up fans, air scrubbers and dehumidifiers minimizing the damage and further spread. They handled all facets of the job from isolating damaged rooms, packing up room contents and furniture, removing damaged flooring, Sheetrock and base boards. Now they are rebuilding walls, flooring and paint. They work closely with insurance agents so I don’t have to. High quality and fast work.
