ATI Restoration Orlando

This review is long overdue and I must apologize to quality first builders for that. A fire in 2020 destroyed a majority of our home so it was certainly a repair from the top down. We were out of our home for 8 months much of which was COVID delays but also the extent of the work needed. Of all the improvements that I am most thrilled with I would have to say the most positive aspect was dealing with Randy Clark, the Project Manager. Of course we were clearly traumatized by such an event and felt pressure to make decisions quickly but at no point did Randy make us feel that way. He was kind and patient. He listened to my all my concerns and responded to each and every one. He was responsive in that same way throughout the project. He was patient with my last minute changes and made our many requests happen, He answered his phone most times I called and if a message was left, he responded promptly. I have not a single complaint as to how Randy handled our project. On top of all that we ended up with a beautiful home that we are so happy to be living in. The rooms are beautifully done according to our specifications. Everywhere we look is pleasing. My favorite room in the whole house is my kitchen. Every aspect of it was done exactly as requested. It makes cooking and doing clean up a pleasure. My next favorite is the flooring. We went from tile and carpet to vinyl plank. What a difference that made in the appearance of our home. The pool that was resurfaced was an added bonus. The quality of all the work was top notch and if we weren’t please with something it was readily responded to. All and all we are very pleased with QFB and would definitely recommend them especially if Randy is the project manager.

ATI Restoration came out on a same day service request thru my insurance company. This company is by far the best customer service company I have used. Brent and Jim came out and check and rechecked my home for water leaks. My house is only 2 years old. I had an issue where I needed someone to help me on a Saturday because of my office was getting rain water due to the heavy rain. I called Jim and he helped me out as to what I needed to do. I was on the phone with him for about 30 minutes. Mind you this was his day off. Brent has always been available either by text or e-mail, when I have contacted him. Brent is very patient and totally understands the needs of the customer. Jim and Brent are not pushy salesman likes some companies that I have dealt with. I can't thank Brent enough for all he has done for me.

A great experience with ATI from starting with mold and water mitigation with Adrian and his crew to demo and rebuild with Tylers crew. My pack out and pack back with Milady was awesome and loved her crew. Tyler was in charge and he delivered what he promised in a timely manner. Thanks again for stepping up! Erika Kessler

I can't say enough wonderful things about ATI Restoration and how they helped us during a very tough time with our building. The crew in the Orlando branch were the utmost professionals. I have never had such fantastic response times with any vendor, and from the first phone call to the completion of our drying out, they were with us every step of the way - an odd comfort when you're juggling many balls. I would recommend ATI to anyone in a disaster.

QFB(ATI) came so highly recommended by our ServPro professional, we HAD to reach out, and what a lucky break it WAS! We had weather damage which caused months of disruption and damage but once we involved QFB, they took care of EVERYTHING! I can’t give this company 5 stars without giving OUR project managers 10!!! Due to the personal involvement and diligent care of Nick Anderson, and the fabulous craftsmen he brought to us, we were practically carried through this process. If you have ceilings, moldings or painting ahead of you, BEG for Fernando, need a moving/clean-up crew, BEG for Vicki, SO careful, SO thorough, she even takes before-pictures so things go back exactly as they were. We ALSO made a profoundly fortunate decision to have QFB present and representing us when the Insurance Assessor did their walk-through! You will be grateful to know that QFB uses the same software programs as the insurance companies use, therefore they’re EXPERTLY versed in what insurance companies will ask, where they’ll try to draw the line, and they know how to advocate for all the additional mitigations. BOY CAN THESE GUYS GIVE A QUOTE. I believe ours came out to the PENNY. I could also laud them for their attentiveness, the way they ALL made themselves available to us, and how unflappably PROFESSIONAL and kind they all were, EVEN when the stress of the situation made US “Flap”. So this is a full-throated endorsement of QFB WITH a megaphone! Our eyes still light up when we hear folks looking for contractors because WE know the right outfit they should call. The work was SUPERLATIVE, even better than original, but the SERVICE, the human kindness displayed by Nick, Fernando, and Vicki was what earns QFB our patronage for LIFE!
