Chris K. was our point of contact on our recent water damage event, upstairs bathroom leaked down into most of the downstairs and garage. He was always on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help our fam get dried out and our home back together. Thanks again!

My home was struck by lighting and ATI was recommended by my insurance company. ATI was initially quick to respond, I was given a project managers name and number ,but he never called or messaged me. I called and messaged numerous times but still recieved no response. Don't waste your time with this company...no one there cares about your situation or needs.

Chris is awesome. Broke a pipe fitting in upstairs shower. Leaked into garage soaking the sub floor n causing a ceiling colapse. He came in n check moisture levels n went to work. Found the leak quickly. Determined what needed to be done. Performed initial cleanup n began drying process in bathroom and garage. Can't wait till it's complete. Ed assisted on first day n Pablo assisted today. Nice efficient n personable folks. Thanks ATI.

MacKenzie Restoration is an amazing company. I started with them when I needed an entire appartment cleaned up after a family death. Their price was lower than any other company we reviewed. Every single item was digitally itemized and I received pictures short;y after the cleanup. After the cleanup they provided indoor storage for my family member's belongings. When I arrived in town to gather a few belongings, I was surpriseed to see MaKenzie Restoration had placed every item out, systemically organized to ease my search. They were able to donate any items I did not need. Then, I needed a complete renovation of this 1983 "gutted" appartment. I was surprised to find out Makenzie could handle this also. Tim, project manager was amazing. Prices were completely reasonable, no hidden charges. The project took several weeks. I put it on the market and it sold in 24 hours.
