Alpha Foundations

Dylan Peebles was very knowledgeable and detail oriented in his initial estimate. He came up with a good plan to address the problems I've been experiencing with my crawl space foundation. Kyle, Jeff, and Joey were fantastic in executing the foundation repair plan. I'm thrilled to have worked with such a skilled and competent team under Kyle's leadership.

We had a very thorough home inspection by James for some settling around my seawall and cracks in the concrete below our home. The crew sent out to complete the work, Tory and William, Were professional and very respecting of our property. They worked until well after dark to complete the job and we were very satisfied with the results. We opted not to have the cracks filled as we will have the floor refinished in the future.

Went out to get a few quotes for crack repairs and foundation concerns. Lance was a great home inspector - I was a little nervous but overall he stayed, measured the floor elevation, checked the soil all around the house and ultimately recommended a simple fix with a painter. Since the is the same recommendation another company had given me earlier in the day it just made me feel like it’s the correct approach - had to give a five star review for lack of trying to pitch huge expensive projects where none is needed. … as I just the third and last contractor come and they said there’s no other solution other than a $12k foundation correction fix and exaggerated the extent of the leveling … so yeah I’ll go with Alpha Foundation and another company that both told me this is a simple painting fix.

The entire process of leveling our sinking driveway went very smoothly, Joshua the Project Manager was very professional and always available, he immediately responded whenever we had a question, the installers Josh and William were also very friendly and completed the entire project in about two hours. Thank you Tory.😀 Jake, Alberto, and Charles were amazing. They arrived on time and explained the job throughly. They updated me during job and left everything exactly the same.
