If you need help with water damage or mold, hire these guys! I had a massive water heater leak on New Year’s Eve that wrecked my floors and walls in half of the house. This team was incredible. They helped me navigate with my insurance company to ensure everything was paid and accounted for. They educated us on how to prevent mold after this kind of event, they restored our floors and walls to even better condition than they were in prior and took care of everything we needed to get back to normal. This was a huge project across several weeks. Chris and Ben and their crew answered every question we had and made sure we were informed along the process. When the material we chose for the flooring had a defect in it, they made it right. If you ever need a restoration company in Austin, I swear by this one. They truly care about their clients. We asked them to come out after a toilet leak back in March 2025. They were great in the moment, but after being paid by out IN FULL by our insurance company, they raised the price and asked us to sign something saying that they were to be paid even more money (which we refused because again they were paid in full). Now they are harassing us for the so-called remaining balance. We have repeatedly explained to them that they were paid the agreed upon amount of $11k+, but we are still getting emails from them asking for more money. I wish I had called an entirely different company for my house flood rather than rely on the Google search I had to do that morning. Hopefully, this review will help you avoid a terrible mistake.

All Nation came to our rescue when the shut off valve to our AC failed and our house experienced water damage. From the very first meeting, Chris, the manager, was professional, explained everything to us (including insurance issues) and went above and beyond for the entire process. Brayden and another employee came to set up equipment for the drying process and were exceptional. We've been homeowners for over 40 years and have dealt with a lot of contractors. All Nation is at the top of our list for professionalism, quality of work, responsiveness, and being all around trustworthy. Same day assessment and treatment! I'm honestly shocked how easy this was. I know because I called 11 companies over the last few days and got a mix of "we need a protocol first", assessments scheduled several days out and no response. All Nation was different! Kyle made scheduling by email so easy with crazy fast responses. Johnathan & Demonte showed up on time, walked me through treatment options and seemed genuinely excited to do the work on the spot. They even took away my moldy rug pad so I didn't have to. I literally couldn't have asked for better service. I was getting desperate with family coming to town for Thanksgiving after we discovered this mold while preparing to potty train our toddler. Kyle, Johnathan and Demonte truly felt like a blessing.
