Alberto showed up the very same day we signed the contract and took care of everything quickly and professionally. He was patient, answered all of our questions, and even explained ahead of time what steps to take if anything went wrong. He set up two dehumidifiers and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. He even considered my preferences about how I use the kitchen and placed the equipment so it wouldn’t get in the way. Alberto came today and was super fast and friendly. Gave good information about what he was doing and approximately how long it would take. Two dehumidifiers set up and tented, quickly and without compromising too much space. Company was great about fast scheduling as well. Definitely would recommend them if you need the work done quickly.

I called all American Water Restoration because they had done some work for a neighbor who had a problem after a big storm a few years ago. My problem wasn’t so big but Chris came out right away and helped me through some alternatives. He was able to schedule the work fairly quickly. From there, Alberto came out to do the work. He was very polite and professional and showed up on time each day. He went above and beyond the call of duty and was very helpful in explaining what he was doing every step of the way.
